Flowchart does not work for my module

I have created a new module. I use it for Flowchart. But unfortunately it does not work. But this flowchart worked for Lead. Are there any shortcomings in the module? or what should I add?

for Flowchart are available all the scopes (you can check it in data/cache/application/metadata.php 'scopes'), if it is not IgnoreList. Your custom entity can not be in this list by default
