Max email portion size for personal account fetching.Please help urgent

"Max email portion size for personal account fetching:500" is mean there are only 500 email can be fetched in personal email box?
How to increase since we have received many emails one day.

This portion is not max email portion size for personal account fetching per day, but per running. By default it is run every minutes and portion is 10

So what is limit email can be storage in personal email account.
Since we had one issue today morning: it can not be fetched email until i deleted some email in inbox.

no email limits by EspoCRM. Could you check data/logs and server error log. Does you server/hosting have some limit?
