I face this ERROR 500 Issue when i create a duplicate Contact Number, So how do i fix this issue and how to show the custom error message. Please help me on this.

EspoCRM reflects in other way to duplicates. Did you customize EspoCRM with developing?
Check espocrm log and apache error log, please -
