When I changed the Time zone in setting to Asia/Dubai Calendar pop up is not working

Hello,

I have 2 fields working hours from and to in settings, based on what timing is displayed in calendar.

It was working fine with timezone 'UTC'.



When I changed to 'Asia/Dubai' working hours fields are displaying wrong values.



Data type of working hours is 'datetime-pref' which I created as a copy of datetime-optional.

Since working hours is wrong, Calendar displays nothing as timing.


Please help
