Display multiple entity results in relationship panel

I'm looking for suggestions as the best way to do this. I have several entities which I am using as dynamic forms. I would like to display them in a single panel at the bottom of accounts. I'd like it to look like how the relationship panels are displayed. I could put them each separate, but it makes more sense for them to be grouped together.

I was thinking that I could create another entity called forms (or something) and populate that database table with the information from the other forms which the users fill out.

Or would it be better to try and create a custom bottom detail? I'm not sure what files I would need to modify to accomplish that.
