Edit on Main search in EspoCRM

How can edit on main search in espo. I mean the search in topbar
I hope if any one can help me?

Start looking for from client/src/views/site/navbar.js, after that you find client/src/views/global-search... I don't know what do you mean saying 'edit'

I mean how can i add a new filed to search on it. for Example:" I have an account entity with different columns like (name, account number, city and country)
the question is how can i add country in the global search. that's because global search working fine with name but not working if the using the global search for country

Administration > Entity Manager > needed entity > Edit > Text Filter Fields - add needed field
