How to set Activity status "Held" automatically

Hi!
I just started setting up EspoCRM for the call center. If i want to change activity status "Held" i need to push button " set Held" or " set Not Held" . How can i do it automatically. For examle i tried to do it using "Dynamic Logic->Conditional options" in Administration->Entity Manager->Meeting->Fields --->status . I set parameters : Held with logic {AND-> field:dateStart - inPast }. Maybe i must do it by coding in some files?
