Hi there tanya, this problem occurs like 5 days and i been like crazy trying to fix it but so far I haven’t do it. I do have the entire installation since the first day but I think the problem is there because i have another installation as well and the only difference i notice is that the config file is like that.

What did you do 5 days ago? 2 installations on one server can work without problem.
You can copy config from other installation and manually change it, or detele your config php and you be able to install crm again.

i already copy the config and change it but i get a Bad Server, Tanya i would like to know on what folder is my entire client infomation i dont want to loose that, and what can i do to transfer that information to a new espocrm
