Prevent Saving of Duplicate Email/Phone Number

I tried modifying the code on duplicate email/phone number entries for leads but how can I prevent it from saving. There's still a Save button on the pop-up form informing of the duplicate entry which means that it can still be saved. Thanks.

Modify client/src/views/modals/duplicate.js

Clear cache after.
