Replace compose from email address action with same as Activities->Compose Email

If I'm looking at a contact, or an account, or a lead, I wish that when I click the email address in the Overview panel, the same relate-to actions happen as if they clicked Compose Email from the Activities panel.

i.e. the Related To: is set to either the Account, or the Lead

This could be configurable by a preference if it wasn't decided that it should by default, but for us, emails should always be related to the account
