Create internal page with informations

I want to create another page with informations - something like about
I already created page.tpl file but i don't know where i need to create relations to see this link in menu
Another thing: Can i put on this website JavaScript code?

emillod this seems like something you can do using the knowledgebase. Have you looked at that, or am I not understanding what you're trying to do correctly?
