Location of contact's email address and phoneNumber

Hello,
I have a problem with finding in wich table emailAddress and phoneNumber are located. It seems I can't find where the link is so I can't fetch those values from a contact id.
Can someone point out where are those located??

email_address contains addresses, entity_email_address - contains relations
the same with phone_number

In entity_email_address table, entity_id is the id of contact ???

entity_id is the id of entity_type (Contact, Lead, User, Account or custom entity)
