Usability requests

First of all, this product is superb! It is very user friendly and extremely flexible. Offcourse customers always want more..

Some requests from my first customer on espo:
- default sort on multiple columns (in lists)
- default first page after login, instead of dashboard
- filtering/sorting on dashboard
