A balance

Good morning everyone, I'm new here and it's the first time I've used software like this. We've got a tanning salon and would like to change from using paper records and a paper diary to an online system. So far, I've been able to install EspoCRM on our server without any problems, I've also been able to customise the account layouts to include almost everything we require and the meetings/appointments. However, I would like a "minutes balance" field on the customer's account page that is altered depending on whether they purchase or use minutes on a sunbed. If they come in and purchase minutes, the balance goes up and if they come in and use minutes, the balance goes down. Does anyone have any ideas?
