sending e-mails

Hi all
when i'm sending some e-mails from espo, in mail, field "FROM" i have name of my user, but i want to have just name e-mail(i setup this name in smtp settings). How to change this?

Copy campaignSmall from /application/Espo/Resources/layouts/Email/ to custom/Espo/Custom/Resources/layouts/Email/ and change "from" view to own, based on views/email/fields/compose-from-address

is correct?
I don't know where is folder views O.o
