Is there any tutorial in using VoipMessage when we integrate twilio SMS?

Added an active number in twilio on my local but still the number doesnt appear in VoIP Routers. And i cannot proceed in using Messages (VoipMessage) Entity since it doesnt have the from number. Anyone can help?

Make sure the cron job is working. Administration > Scheduled Jobs > Scheduled Jobs > Twilio: Sync phone numbers

Encountered another error: Server side error 500: Message is not sent.
Do you have any idea on this error?

Hi, anyone know what could be the cause for the message to stay at 'Sending' status? Its been a day and its still not being 'Sent'.
