Reverse view Order Streams / Realtionships in account detail view

In accounts details view, I'd like to have the Streams panel on the bottom and the Realtionship panels (tasks, contacs, etc.) above Streams. Basically reversed order as now. I just can't figure out where this is defined. Could you give a hint? Thanks!
