Hi,
I have setup for Group Email account with this CRM.
1. When ever Email received to this Email account, a Case will be Created Customer also will be notified with auto reply Email. its fine.
2. Now the assigned user answers the case in stream of case , this stream update should to go the contact`s Email right? now its not going , I am trying this , but not done. Can any one help me to do this?
3. any help me , how to achieve this ?
