Create group fields with + (multiple field)

Hello!
Can someone please explain to me, how I can create group of fields (only simple - text area and number field) with + for adding other this group, and next, and next.... ?
This group i must create in contacts module.

It depends on type, you want to store.
If it could be json, you can create a view for your field and templates and define the view in entityDefs (you can look, how address field and phone field look like (advanced/client/src/views/fields))
