How could the update affect my data?

EspoCRM-upgrade-2.4.0-to-2.5.0.zip
EspoCRM-upgrade-2.3.0-to-2.4.0.zip
EspoCRM-upgrade-2.2.0-to-2.3.0.zip

I installed all this and then my data disappears. by luck it is not on a productive site only on a local host with dummy data,!
How could this happen?

This should not be happen. What is in database?
