Create new Button

I want to make new button in layout manger for create new customize panel
Here: http://localhost/EspoCRM-4.2.7/#Admin/layouts/scope = EnglishGroup&type=detail
And then
It would be show in

http://localhost/EspoCRM-4.2.7/#Awais/create
