MassEmail Entity doesn't allow relations to be added

Hi,

I just wanted to create a relation between the MassEmail entity and a custom entity. I found out that the MassEmail entity doesn't offer the "relationship" button (or any other like "fields", "edit") in the Entity Manager. Can this be done through code?
