New functionality for MassMailing module.

I have a huge problem with mass mailing from multiple e-mail addresses assigned to the user. I'd like to pay the author for writing this function for me. How much would this functionality cost?
Who should I talk to and where (e-mail, maybe?) ? What informations are needed?
