Wondering if I can add php code to a tpl file? Using http://forum.espocrm.com/forum/devel...stom-html-page as reference as how to create custom html page. Or can I create .blade.php page for custom page?

No. It's not possible at all. All tpl are processed in browser but not in backend (php).
