Error in the Email notifications ver 4.04

Ran into a typo Error in the Email notifications

The CRM is sending a email notification with the hyperlink to the perspective lead that was just created to that assign user but the hyperlink has a a typo it is this

and should be This

can you please help me to where i can correct this and i need to have my notifications subject line be from my company name where can I add customization to that as well

I created a Work around by disabling email notifications and instead I designed email templates with workflows.

I'm still having trouble with figuring out a way to enable task reminders
Example

If a task is Due in one day send corresponding assigned user email template
with a option to add with a plus sign more reminders at any time specified
