Website Form adds the e-mail adress in interests

Hello,

well I like to insert entered e-mails from my website form, user must only add a e-mail adress in this form, in to the section "leads" in espocrm.
How can I do this easily automatically?

I also can send the entered e-mail from the user to my espocrm Inbox. Is there also a way to transform this automaticly to a lead?
