add customization to a panel I added in admin?

In administration, I added another panel to Quote. I want to add some customization to the panel I added, but I'm not sure how to do that. I want to add something to the template that I can't do in the admin as well as some algorithm. Not sure if I should create file, or there exist a file I can add my customization to. Any assistance would be helpful.

You can download real estate extension from our website. There is an additional section in admin panel.

Without downloading the real estate extension and forgetting about adding anything to the template, can I add code for the panel I added in admin? If so, which file can I do that?

Not sure what you mean by "panel". Additional page or standard Administration page.

Administration -> layout manager -> quote -> detail -> +add panel

You can't customize panels created in layout manager. But you can add own panels. You can use Report detail view as an example. There is additional panel.
