How to hide records from all teams beside specific team

Hi,
how can we hide leads(for example) that there team is "managers" from all the other users/teams beside "managers".
what i am trying to do is not to show leads to anybody beside "managers" team. all users that assign to this team can see this leads.
when team will change from "managers" to any other team, everybody can see this leads.

1. Create one team and name it "Regular Team"
2. Assign one role to this team that restricts accesss to leads
3. Assign team to all needed users.

Hi,
this want work. the user is assigned to "sales team" this team have role to see all leads.
and that what i want. so if you will assign the user to one more team that dont have access the user will still can see all the leads.
but in some specific leads i dont want to give the "sales team" access to see this leads that managed by manager or outsource.
so if i could make some if statement that will check if the lead team is "manger" don't show this lead to any body beside users in manger team.

Not supported. You can only remove sales team for that leads.
