Checking to see if anyone has worked with 8x8 to implement an extension for EspoCRM Cloud or other work you may have done with them?
Client about to pay for $250 integration and increased license fee with 8x8 and EspoCRM and 8x8 seems to have a lack of information before charging fess.
Separately, I created a process with Groq and Whisper which is automatically creating leads with summarize and transcribed data. Not quite refined yet.
Client is most interested in bringing summarized data in. Btw the Zapier method only works on the CQI plan where you have access to the subaccount code required to connect in Zapier.
Anyone successfully working with 8x8 and bringing call data in? Also CQI data?
Anyone successfully using Zapier Make Pably with other VOIP company US?
