Questions about Custom Button and Invitation Function on Meeting (EspoCRM v6.1.10)

v6? I believe they don't support old version and would tell you to upgrade.

Not unless you get someone to provide pay support. I think 3 major update mean there might be totally different code. Good luck.

Hello EspoCRM Team,

We are currently using EspoCRM version 6.1.10 and have the following inquiries regarding customization and built-in actions on the Meeting entity:

1. Custom Button for Telegram Notification:
   We’ve implemented a custom service method (sendMeetingNotification) to send Telegram notifications upon saving a record.
   However, we would like to create a custom button in the Meeting detail view to manually trigger this method.
   • Is it possible to add a custom button that calls a controller or service directly?
   • Are there best practices or documentation for invoking service methods from UI buttons?
2. Send Invitations Button Not Responding:
   The "Send Invitations" button in the Meeting view is currently not responding (no UI feedback or action triggered).
   • Could this be a bug or version-related issue?
   • Are there known fixes or debugging steps for this feature in version 6.1.10?
3. Documentation Request:
   • Could you please provide or point us to official documentation for creating buttons and customizing entity views for EspoCRM version 6.1.10?
