Is there any way to make a field in a list view, show count-of a link-multiple field?

Do you want to make a field, for example, in the Account entity that will displays a number of related Contact entities? It would be nice if you could share your exact use case for this question.
But in general, seems like it possible to implement this type of logic via Workflows/Formula scripts.
