How to set roles for OIDC authentication?

I enabled the OIDC setup.
When I logged in using Google, an account was created, but the role was not assigned.
I tried using Workflows to set the role, but it didn't work. However, if I manually create a user, the role is assigned successfully.

It's not possible to assign a Role on user creation. But you can assign Teams. Teams can have Roles, meaning those roles will be applied to all team users.
