How to add custom button in import?

How can I add a new button in import at step two? When you add field to assign user I want to also show MyButton...

This view is not extendable. The only you can do is monkey-patch it somehow. It's possible but not future-proof as internals of the view may change after upgrade rendering the customization non-working.
