How can I also pass the lead ID to asterisk pbx? Which files should I check?

When clicking on a phone number in the lead module, a call is initiated through Asterisk PBX, with the phone number and user extension being passed to the PBX. How can I also pass the lead ID along with this? Which files should I check? Please help me resolve this issue.
