Actualize Template from my Dashlet?

in the administration (/#Admin)

-> Delete cache
-> Rebuild.

The following command usually also helps via SSH (Console):
/command.php update-app-timestamp

Hi,

I make some changes on a own dashlet, and i cant see it. The changes was made in the template (.tpl). What can I do to refresh the dashlet.
