How can I disable a filter in the list view "portal"

I've created a portal, but I want portal users not to see the filter list. Is there a method to disable it ??

1. Create a layout set (Administration > Layout Set).
2. Define the Search layout with needed filters.
3. Apply this Layout Set for a needed Portal (Administration > Portals > {Portal} > Edit > Layout Set).
