how to show a field in a foreign entity

    Hello,

I've gained a lot from the community and hope you can assist me with my request.

    I have 2 entities:
    • Account (which contains all client information)
    • Canva (where we assign graphic designs to users and clients)

I would like to link a field from "Canva" called "Status" to the "Account" entity. It doesn't have to be a linked field; it can be read-only.

This way, we can easily see the status (in progress, sent to client, published, etc.) of the design directly from the client's account.

    I've attempted:
    • Creating relationships between the two entities in order to create a "foreign" field, but the link isn't working (I've tried One-to-One Right, One-to-One Left, and Child-Parent).

When I create a "foreign" field in the account entity and attempt to select "Canva," the link isn't created.

I apologize if this isn't clear, and I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

    Hi,

Tested a foreign field for One-to-One link. It worked for me.
If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.
