How to get the linked fields from contacts on Opportunities kanban view?

Hello everyone,
I want to show buttons for call and email on the kanban view that gets the email address and phone number from the linked contact document. I've used the model.get("AccountId") but this only gives me the id and not the other fields I need. How can I get the other fields from the related contact document.
