utf8 charset/umlaut error in german EspoCRM-upgrade-3.6.2-to-3.7.0

It seems, that the utf8 charset isn't used everwhere in the upgrade-files for the german translation.

So the result is, that after upgrade from 3.6.2 to 3.7.0, the german umlaut (like ä,ü,ö) is no longer correctly displayed.
I'll get these character instead: �

here're my corrected i18n files.
unzip them in the espocrm root and then rebuild, clear cache from adminpage and then client cache.
