Role Based Permissions are not working

I am having CRM Version 3.6.2. I created two users (Admin, Philip). Admin belongs to Management Role in which I didn't restrict any access.

Philip (User) belongs to Sales Role, I have modified the sales role as below

    Accounts enabled no no no
    Leads enabled own own own

If I login as a Philip user, I am able to see all the accounts created by Admin. I am able to modify those accounts, Even Philip user is able to delete it.
All the leads which is created by Admin is viewable and editable for Philip user, It seems Permissions which is defined for Sales Role is not working. PFA Screenshot for more information.

    Did you clear cache?

Yes. Tried Clear Local cache. Still facing same issue.

Admin User belongs to management Role. Philip (Sales Team) should not see the lead created by Admin. But It is visible to Philip (Sales Team)

I am not sure, whether it is a bug ?

        Found the issue.

Philip (User) belongs to Sales Role, I have modified the sales role as below

        Accounts enabled no no no
        Leads enabled own own own

        yurikuzn replied like
"To check whether roles is applied to the certain user you can open that user and click Access button."

When I click on the access button, Found the issue. Team role is not applied to the User(Philip).
When I check Philip Role, It was like

        Accounts disabled no no no
        Leads enabled all all no

Why the role access is not applied to User(Philip) access. ? How can I change it ?

You provided not enough information. Not clear. I can't reproduce.

          You can read https://github.com/espocrm/documenta...-management.md

Cache issue. I am not sure why , "Clear Cache didn't work for me". Once I changed the Roles, It didn't reflect.
I disabled the cache in the Administration -> Setings .
Then It got worked. After all my Roles changes completed and Reflected. I enabled the cache.
