  • "Follower" management

    Hello, there are strange situation for regular users who are able to see "Follower", but they can't manage "Followers" if portal user is added.

    As example they see 3 followers (2 users +1 portal user) in the case entity, but when they go to "view followers" they see only 2 users and no portal use in a list. "portal user" was added when contact person was assigned to a case from contacts with a "portal user".

    I couldn't find a way how to manage access right for the user to see all "followers" without admin rights.
