Bug in reporting activities to stream

Hello Guys,
i've noticed that there is an issue with reporting calls/meetings in stream under account, even if auditing in relation is turned on.
It worked before upgrade to the newest version. I confirmed issue on the official demo.

How to reproduce?

1. Go to Account entity and choose record
2. Scroll down to History side panel
3. Log new call from panel
4. You'll see that there is no information about call in stream.

The same situation when you create call through call entity.
