Reports Error

New to EspoCRM and seems like a very good product.
Seems responsive so far, but lacking Reports in the Open Source Version.

Tried the Advanced Pack on http://demo.espocrm.de/
Seems that it would be worth the money, however...From my quick testing the Reports Module doesn't seem to give the correct results.

Simple Query for a Customer.
Wanted to show Name and Account. Expected multiple accounts to appear for a certain user, but only one result.

Also Is there a way to Add Fields from another Entity Type
Example. Created Report for Accounts.
I would like to add Account and Contact.First Name
I can use this as a Filter, but cannot add as a Parameter for the Report.

1. I don't understand what report do you want to create? Please describe more clear. You added filter that results only a single row. I tested, all works fine.

2. You can add grouping by foreign fields in Grid reports. In List report it's not available.

111 Contact – Name and Accounts

Report is a list of Name and Account for Peter Johnson using the Contact Entity Type.

Results: 1 Row
Name Account
Peter Johnson Ladna Barka

Expected Results: 2 Rows
Name Account
Peter Johnson Ladna Barka
Peter Johnson Perfectiko

There is no filter to only pick a primary, certain company, or position. I expected to see both companies listed.

Even when Using a Group Report 222 – Group Contact and Account.
Results will only show Ladna Barka

Appears this only shows the Primary Account for a Contact.
How would you run a report to get a Contact with all Accounts tied to that customer?

It will show only the primary account. That's how designed accoint-contact relationship.

Any idea on how a report can be generated for a user and all their Accounts?

Looking for a way to get all the results for the One-to-Many relationships.

You can create Grid Report for Account grouped by assignedUser. Add column COUNT. By clicking on account on the report result table you will see users.

List report just show regular list view by search criteria. It can't show duplicates. List report is useful for populating Target Lists for Marketing Campaigns.

Sorry.. Should have stated. Get all Contacts for an Account
From Accoun Grid there is not a way to add Contact Name.
From Contact it will only list Primary Accounts
