Email with white text are not visible

When a email received has white text, the message can't see, but if the text is selected it is possible see it. More details in images.

why do you think it's a problem on EspoCRM side? EspoCRM only shows emails..

You probably would need to theme it... but this is an issue for all email server isn't it? Most email provider background are white.

Take for example this forum post thread is also white background.

espcrm it's problem in email. You're able to change background in theme, to black for example, but then if someone send normal email with black font, then you'll have problem again. Default background is white and it's okay. Email shouldn't have grey font.

Yes, might want to find out why they using a white fonts? Sound like secret message. I guessing using a grey background might help until people using grey font color...
