Botton Panels + button bug - does anyone else experience this?

For any record with a Bottom Panel, clicking the + icon button works the first time.

Then, once a new record has been added that way, the + icon button doesn't work again unless the browser is refreshed.

I have a feeling it could be a 3rd party extension causing it (perhaps CRM Plus), I just wanted to check if anyone else had experienced this issue, in my process of elimination?

I use CRM Plus also, but everything works as it should.

Wouldn't disabling CRM+ and re-testing it to see if it working?

I use it too, no issue to creating new record using bottom panels. However I don't use all of it features though.

Thanks, if no-one else has seen it before, then yes, I have more testing to do with disabling all extensions and retesting with each enable one at a time. Will post back here when I figure it out, and coordinate with any extension dev if it did turn out to be that. Good to know it's not a core or common issue then. Thanks.
