I have a problem with notifications by mail, when I assign a task and remind you by mail the mail does not arrive, the same happens with other notifications by mail, this only happens in the notifications, if I send a normal mail if it reaches the recipient, in the section of notifications by mail, I already entered what activities can be notified by mail, but it still does not reach me, the pop-up windows work, however, the notifications by mail do not, I hope your help.

Here are the troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure CRON is configured and working https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...ing-up-crontab.
2. Make sure your System SMTP connection is configured properly in Administration -> Outbound Emails.
3. Make sure the target user has a defined email address in his profile.
4. Make sure the target user has configured Email Notifications in his Preferences.
5. Check whether everything is configured properly in Administration -> Notifications -> Email Notifications.
6. If everything is configured properly but still doesn't work, then check an EspoCRM log file https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...ng/#check-logs.
