Inline edit

In entity manager we set that Case Type field are required if some Case status conditions of the form are met.


We figured out that if we use "inline edit" it not look at these requirements of type field and we can CLOSE/REJECT case without entering TYPE. The same is if we use menu options nier EDIT shortcuts as well.

If we use full edit it works well and the field is required and user got an error if it not met conditions.

We recommend to disable inline edit for such cases. We have a parameter introduced specially for such cases https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...eld-parameters.

It's not easy to implement support of such logic.
