Bug importing .csv files with ' in field values

There seems to be a bug importing .csv files with ' in field values, and LibreOffice/OpenOffice won't save .csv files with every field quote delimited.

True, sorry, I thought you might just see if ' is an escaped character.

It seems that everything updates up to the point of the first ' character, so I'm guessing it's prematurely ending the function loop.

If that doesn't help I'll come back with the entity design packaged as well to test with.

Solved with the source data instead, which is reasonable: In Libre Office, use Save a copy... > Edit filter settings > Quote all text fields = Ticked.

It seems strange that isn't done by default and appears not to work with Save As... but it seems to work.

I tried to import the attached file and it imported well. Didn't test all fields though. Country names were OK.

Thanks. I'm going to make all of that data into an Extension Pack to share with the community at some point. I want to build out the relationships for Regions / Zones / Languages and link them nicely first.
