[Email] Action button incosistenct location when scroll

Used Demo version 6.1.4

Under email, when you scroll down, select few box, the Actions button is moved all the way to the top left. Considering EspoCRM design guidelines posts here and there on the forum, the Actions button should be located at the same location right?
