Lead Capture did not Capture Names

We are using Instages as landing page for lead captures, When user submit the form everything received except the firstName which is configured correctly and it's shown in Espo DB but not mapped in Espo Lead.

Odd how it is not working just for that field, it doesn't seem to be a typo either. Can you test it to see if the field work, for example linking the "name" to "utmcampaign" or "source" or some field that accept varchar characters. See if firstName show on those field?

I do think it is already saved email, and the lead capture will discard the new entry for the duplicated email addresses.

Just make a new request with a new email address.
